Lunch is served weekdays, 11.30am – 2pm.
Our lunch service continues until 6 July, after which we take a break over summer and are back 13 August.
If you wish to visit the restaurant in the meantime, the Göteborg Opera’s Summer Veranda operates all summer.
Salad, coffee, fruit and a piece of chocolate are included in the lunch price. We exclude meat products from our lunch menu on Wednesdays as they cause a large carbon footprint.

Sage and black pepper marinated pork tenderloin with pepper béarnaise, butter fried French beans and pommes duchesse.
On Mondays sweets are included with coffee.
Bell pepper fried saithe with deep-fried dill potatoes, grilled lemon, citrus mayonnaise and butter-fried corn.
Herb-baked haddock with smoked carrots, coarsely ground potatoes and dill, and Sandefjord sauce.
Grilled flank steak with pureed potatoes and parsnips, calvados jus, baked celeriac and apple
Pulled pork with tomato salsa, pickled cabbage, mango, coriander, tortillas, gherkin and rice
