Martinů exhibition

In collaboration with the Embassy of the Czech Republic and the Czech Centre in Stockholm, the Göteborg Opera shows parts of the exhibition “The Martinů Phenomenon” from the National Museum in Prague. The exhibition is about the Czech composer Bohuslav Martinů (1890–1959), whose “Trois fragments de Juliette” will see its first staging ever this spring, in a double-bill with Poulenc’s “La voix humaine” 13 April – 12 May.

Commented presentation

On 13 April at 4.30pm, prior to the premiere performance, a commented presentation of the exhibition will be held in English, led by Martinů expert Aleš Březina.
