Want to join a new International Choir with the Göteborg Opera and the Red Cross?

In January 2018 the Göteborg Opera and the Red Cross will form a new International Choir. The project will be led by two professional artists: Bo Wannefors (conductor) and Tina Glenvik (director).

Christmas Concert in Nordstan, 25 Nov

Saturday, 25 november the Göteborg Opera will make a guest appearance in Nordstan. Ring in the Christmas season with beautiful melodies from our soloists and orchestra. Open rehearsal and “stormy” discussion - Monday, 13 Feb

6.30– ca 6.55pm Open rehearsal on the Main Stage of Stijn Celis’ piece Storm, his part of the dance programme Iconoclasm.

6.55–7.15pm After the rehearsal Stijn Celis will talk about his thoughts behind the piece. Katrín Hall, Artistic Director for dance, as well as dancers from the company will participate also.

GöteborgsOperans Danskompani will perform a section from the dance piece Untitled Black on Saturday, 4 Feb. It will be filmed as part of the first round of Melodifestivalen 2017, and will be broadcast on SVT at 8.00pm.
