A dance class for parents of babies who can't yet crawl or walk, where you will learn to dance with your baby, using easy but strengthening exercises, while you also get insights into GöteborgsOperans Danskompani and the opera house as a whole. Parents need to put aside their own wishes during their baby’s first months, making it difficult to find the time for cultural events or fitness training. In ’Dance with baby’ – led by Angelina Allen de Melo from GöteborgsOperans Danskompani – we offer parents the chance to do both!
Wear comfortable clothes which you can move freely in. No experience necessary.
The class runs for approx. 45 min, and is led in both English and Swedish.
