Ground veal patties with pureed potatoes flavoured with ramsons from Gotland, ragout with white and black beans, parsley and red onions, and black pepper jus.*
Dill cured, MSC certified fillet of haddock, served with shellfish sauce, baked pommes duchesse and a ragout of cucumber, fennel and organic apples.
Grilled fillet of chicken with “paella” - flavoured with white wine, saffron, vegetables and chorizo. Served with lime yoghurt.
Swedish mackerel braised with dill and anchovies, served with boiled new potatoes, buttered sugar-peas and carrots.
Vegetarian lasagna topped with tomatoes, mozzarella and basil.
