Lunch is served Monday to Friday 11.30-14.00. Salad, coffee, fruit and a piece of chocolate are always included in the price.
We support sustainable fishing, so we follow The Swedish Environmental Management Council's criteria for seafood. Not only that, but fish caught in Swedish waters are checked against the Swedish Species Information Centre's database, and of course we procure organic seafood when at all possible.

We have taken another step in our efforts toward better environmental sustainability and have excluded meat products from our lunch menu on Wednesdays.

Organic ground beef patties with beetroots, served with red wine jus, pickled cucumber and potatoes fried raw flavoured with leek.
Oven-baked MSC certified fillet of cod with pureed potatoes flavoured with fennel, and ragout with chorizo, red onion, carrot, sugar peas and spinach.
Fish au gratin with dill and shrimp, served with potato tops au gratin.
Grilled organic chicken breast with cep mushroom risotto, rosemary and red wine sauce, and salad with artichoke, arugula and sun-dried tomato.

Organic vanilla ice cream with warm berries and toffee crisp.
Vegetarian dish of the week
Mushroom stuffed crêpes baked with parmesan, served with salt roasted pumpkin seeds, root vegetables and spinach.
