Lunch is served Monday to Friday 11.30-14.00. Salad, coffee, fruit and a piece of chocolate are always included in the price.
We support sustainable fishing, so we follow The Swedish Environmental Management Council's criteria for seafood. Not only that, but fish caught in Swedish waters are checked against the Swedish Species Information Centre's database, and of course we procure organic seafood when at all possible.

We have taken another step in our efforts toward better environmental sustainability and have excluded meat products from our lunch menu on Wednesdays.

Organic ground beef patty with beetroots, served with pickled cucumber, browned mushrooms, red wine sauce and fried potatoes flavoured with parsley and garlic.
On Mondays sweets are included with coffee.
Lightly salted MSC-certified fillet of cod with potato terrine flavoured with chives, egg, horse-radish and shrimp, and melted butter.
MSC-certified fillet of haddock stuffed with smoked salmon, served with Sandefjord butter sauce flavoured with chervil, and ragout with fennel, red onion and celery.
Fried organic chicken breast with pickled cabbage, bacon, roasted potatoes and cider vinegar mustard sauce.
Ground venison patties, “Wallenbergare”, with lingonberries preserved raw, sugar peas and pureed potatoes flavoured with cauliflower and truffle oil.
