Lunch is served Monday to Friday 11.30-14.00. Salad, coffee, fruit and a piece of chocolate are always included in the price.
We support sustainable fishing, so we follow The Swedish Environmental Management Council's criteria for seafood. Not only that, but fish caught in Swedish waters are checked against the Swedish Species Information Centre's database, and of course we procure organic seafood when at all possible.

Ground lamb patty flavoured with rosemary and garlic, served with salt roasted potatoes and roasted paprika and tomato sauce.
On Mondays sweets are included with coffee.
Bread fried MSC certified fillet of haddock, potato terrine flavoured with dill, salad with onion and fennel, and mussel foam.
MSC certified fillet of plaice poached in white wine, served with pureed potatoes, ragout of cucumber and red onion, and shellfish sauce.
Organic chicken fillet saltimbocca, served with cream polenta, sage jus and arugula salad.
Ground veal patty, “Wallenbergare”, with pureed potatoes, butter tossed sugar peas, browned butter and lingonberries preserved raw.

Chocolate mousse with citrus and mint salad.

Wild mushroom risotto flavoured with truffle, served with black salsify, arugula and grated grana padano salad.

Potato salad with smoked salmon, wax beans and boiled egg, served with creamy lumpfish roe dressing.
