Lunch is served Monday to Friday 11.30-14.00. Salad, coffee, fruit and a piece of chocolate are always included in the price.
We support sustainable fishing, so we follow The Swedish Environmental Management Council's criteria for seafood. Not only that, but fish caught in Swedish waters are checked against the Swedish Species Information Centre's database, and of course we procure organic seafood when at all possible.

Hazelnut-fried MSC-certified fillet of haddock, served with warm potato salad and citrus yoghurt.
MSC-certified fillet of cod baked with sun-dried tomato, served with creamy basil polenta, ragout of artichoke, spinach and white onion, and truffle foam.
Thyme-marinated pork noisettes with parmesan risoni, black pepper jus and ragout of white cabbage, lentils and red onion.
Chicken in wine with red onion, organic oyster mushrooms and bacon, served with pureed potatoes and celeriac.
