LUNCH MENU

Lunch is served Monday to Friday 11.30–14.00. Salad, coffee, fruit and a piece of chocolate are always included in the price.

We support sustainable fishing, so we follow The Swedish Environmental Management Council's criteria for seafood. Not only that, but fish caught in Swedish waters are checked against the Swedish Species Information Centre's database, and of course we procure organic seafood when at all possible.

We have taken another step in our efforts toward better environmental sustainability and have excluded meat products from our lunch menu on Wednesdays.

MONDAY
Grilled organic pork chop with chili rub, rosehip sauce, ricotta and basil mix, oven-baked potatoes and wax beans tossed in butter.
On Mondays sweets are included with coffee.

TUESDAY
Organic ground beef patty, with onion sauce, pommes Lyonnaise and lightly smoked pureed corn.

WEDNESDAY
MSC certified fish patties served with browned butter, organic peas and mashed potatoes.

THURSDAY
Broiled MSC certified fillet of hake with chives sauce, summer cabbage cooked in bouillon, fennel, mushrooms and new potatoes cooked with dill.

FRIDAY
Rosemary marinated organic chicken breast with Swedish mustard sauce, coarsely mashed sweet potatoes, zucchini and sun-dried tomatoes.

Dessert of the week

Espresso pannacotta with toffee and liquorice fudge.
