Lunch is served Monday to Friday 11.30-14.00. Salad, coffee, fruit and a piece of chocolate are always included in the price.
We support sustainable fishing, so we follow The Swedish Environmental Management Council's criteria for seafood. Not only that, but fish caught in Swedish waters are checked against the Swedish Species Information Centre's database, and of course we procure organic seafood when at all possible.

Ground beef patty with boiled potatoes, seared onion and jus, served with pickled cucumber and lingon berries preserved raw.
On Mondays sweets are included with coffee.
Poached MSC certified fillet of cod with potatoes with dill, chopped organic egg and horse-radish, served with white wine sauce.
Ground fish patty, “Wallenbergare”, with pureed potatoes, sugar peas and browned anchovies butter.
Panko fried MSC certified fillet of plaice with roast potatos, Caesar dressing and tomato salad.
Boeuf Bourguignon with mushrooms and bacon, served with pureed potato.
