Monday
Organic ground beef patties with pureed potatoes flavoured with bacon and spring onions, served with feta cheese and lemon crème and broccoli*
On Mondays sweets are included with coffee.
Tuesday
Chicken piccata with buttered tomato bouillon, creamy mushroom risoni and salad with salami, shallots and celery.
Wednesday
Dill baked fish on a skewer with shellfish sauce flavoured with truffle oil, served with oven baked potato wedges and ragout with fennel, white cabbage and red onion.
Thursday
House-made schnitzel stuffed with caper cream cheese, served with parsley flavoured potatoes fried raw, red wine jus and peas.
