Lunch is served Monday to Friday 11.30-14.00. Salad, coffee, fruit and a piece of chocolate are always included in the price.
We support sustainable fishing, so we follow The Swedish Environmental Management Council's criteria for seafood. Not only that, but fish caught in Swedish waters are checked against the Swedish Species Information Centre's database, and of course we procure organic seafood when at all possible.

Home-made meatballs with cream sauce flavoured with blue cheese, served with lingonberries preserved raw, sliced cucumber and pureed potatoes.
Thyme-fried MSC-certified filet of cod with creamy new potato salad flavoured with red onion, chives and sour cream, and dill oil.
White wine poached MSC-certified filet of haddock with potato terrine flavoured with ramsons, served with horse-radish Sandefjord sauce and ragout with cucumber, dill and spinach.
Grilled organic chicken breast with creamy cheese risoni, roasted chicken jus and ragout with celery, fennel, red onion and mushrooms.
Fish patty with shrimp, sugar peas, browned butter and pureed potatoes flavoured with artichoke.
