LUNCH MENU

Week 26, 2016

Lunch is served Monday to Friday 11.30–14.00. Salad, coffee, fruit and a piece of chocolate are always included in the price.

We support sustainable fishing, so we follow The Swedish Environmental Management Council's criteria for seafood. Not only that, but fish caught in Swedish waters are checked against the Swedish Species Information Centre's database, and of course we procure organic seafood when at all possible. We also exclude meat products from our lunch menu on Wednesdays.

MONDAY
Organic sirloin grilled whole with baked potatoes, broccoli, garlic butter and chunky mango salsa
On Mondays sweets are included with coffee.

TUESDAY
Tapenade baked cod with warm gnocchi salad with spinach and dried tomatoes, and yoghurt with sun-dried tomatoes

WEDNESDAY

THURSDAY
Cider braised chicken thigh with pureed potatoes flavoured with roasted onion, apple cider jus and grilled spring onion

FRIDAY
Beef minute with roasted new potatoes, truffle aioli, tarragon jus and grilled pickled carrot
