Lunch is served Monday to Friday 11.30–14.00. Salad, coffee, fruit and a piece of chocolate are always included in the price.
We support sustainable fishing, so we follow The Swedish Environmental Management Council's criteria for seafood. Not only that, but fish caught in Swedish waters are checked against the Swedish Species Information Centre's database, and of course we procure organic seafood when at all possible. We also exclude meat products from our lunch menu on Wednesdays.

Organic piccata Milanese with tomato sauce, served with risoni and cheese risotto, broccoli and spinach

Parmesan and shrimp stuffed fillet of plaice with tomato vinaigrette and hash Provençal
Poached cod with egg and dill roll, horse-radish, mushroom and potato terrine and browned butter
Boeuf à la mode with boiled potatoes, cream sauce, pickled cucumber, jelly and roasted carrots
Tarragon and Dijon stuffed organic chicken with root vegetables au gratin, chicken bouillon, funnel chanterelles and spinach

Gnocchi with goat cheese crème, roasted pumpkin and pumpkin seeds
Asian noodle salad with organic chicken, roasted cashews, grilled bell peppers and garlic yoghurt

Duck thigh confit with pommes rustique, pureed carrots, red wine sauce and vegetables of the day
