Lunch menu

Week 25

Lunch is served Monday to Friday 11.30am – 2pm and continues until 7 July, after which our lunch service has a summer break until 14 August, when we re-open for lunch.

During the summer we present our Summer Veranda, which is open 15 June - 12 August, Tuesday to Saturday, 2.30-9.00pm. Click here to learn more and read the menu

Salad, coffee, fruit and a piece of chocolate are included in the lunch price.

We support sustainable fishing, so we follow The Swedish Environmental Management Council’s criteria for seafood. Not only that, but fish caught in Swedish waters are checked against the Swedish Species Information Centre’s database, and of course we procure organic seafood when at all possible. We also exclude meat products which cause a large carbon footprint from our lunch menu on Wednesdays.

The Opera’s ground-veal patties with browned butter, pureed potatoes and lingonberries preserved raw. On Mondays sweets are included with coffee.

Creamy fish casserole with mussels, potatoes, crutons and saffron aioli
