Lunch is served Monday to Friday 11.30–14.00. Salad, coffee, fruit and a piece of chocolate are always included in the price.
We support sustainable fishing, so we follow The Swedish Environmental Management Council's criteria for seafood. Not only that, but fish caught in Swedish waters are checked against the Swedish Species Information Centre's database, and of course we procure organic seafood when at all possible.
Lunch during the summer
We’ll continue with lunch service until 28 June at our usual times 11:30 am – 2:00 pm, Monday to Friday.
We will also be open on 21, 27 and 28 June, 11:30 am – 2:00 pm, in connection with activities in the harbour.
There will be no lunch service between 29 June – 2 August, and we will re-open from Monday, 3 August at 11:30 am.

We have taken another step in our efforts toward better environmental sustainability and have excluded meat products from our lunch menu on Wednesdays.

Organic chicken breast “Garam Masala” with mango and pineapple chutney, jasmine rice and vegetable wok.
On Mondays sweets are included with coffee.
Broiled MSC certified hake with browned butter, chopped eggs, caper, yellow beets cooked in bouillon, and mashed potatoes.
Boiled MSC certified fillet of cod with dill hollandaise, new potatoes and pureed sugar peas flavoured with truffle.
Organic BBQ pulled pork with oven-baked potato wedges and apple and celery coleslaw.
Italian ground veal patties with organic broccoli, roasted garlic jus and coarsely mashed potatoes and sun-dried tomatoes.

Valrhona chocolate mousse with caramel sauce, liquorish meringue and almond crisp.

Fresh linguini with feta cheese, grilled organic vegetables, pesto rosso and roasted walnuts.
