Lunch is served Monday to Friday 11.30–14.00. Salad, coffee, fruit and a piece of chocolate are always included in the price.
We support sustainable fishing, so we follow The Swedish Environmental Management Council's criteria for seafood. Not only that, but fish caught in Swedish waters are checked against the Swedish Species Information Centre's database, and of course we procure organic seafood when at all possible. We also exclude meat products from our lunch menu on Wednesdays.

Broiled hake with boiled new potatoes, basil mayonnaise, lemon and asparagus and radish salad
Panko fried cod with roasted potatoes, corn, remoulade sauce, grilled lemon and pickled fennel and onion
Organic grilled pork tenderloin, served with Swedish cheese roesti, pepper and sherry jus
Coq au vin with organic chicken fillet, pureed potatoes, mushrooms, baby onions and bacon

Cannelloni stuffed with vegetables, served with buttered ramson sauce and parmesan

Cobb salad with grilled chicken, bacon, egg and avocado

Chimichurri marinated lamb racks with bean ragout, pureed pumpkin with roasted garlic, and goat cheese
