Lunch is served Monday to Friday 11.30-14.00. Salad, coffee, fruit and a piece of chocolate are always included in the price.

Monday
Beef burgers flavoured with mustard, served with fried potatoes, tomato confit and bacon and caper sauce .
On Mondays sweets are included with coffee.
Tuesday
Breaded fried fillet of cod with boiled new potatoes and shellfish remoulade sauce.
Wednesday
Bbq marinated loin of pork with garlic baked potatoes, red wine sauce and corn and onion ragout.
Thursday
Grilled fillet of haddock, chives risotto and buttered lemon bouillon.
Friday
Ground veal patties, “Wallenbergare”, with pureed potatoes, peas, pickled onions and browned sage butter.
Classic
“Beef minute” with roasted potatoes, glazed beetroots and grated horse-radish, served with Dijon crème.
The Opera’s shrimp sandwich with horse-radish and lemon mayonnaise.
The Opera’s Caesar salad with chicken, bacon and croutons.
Home-made sweets served with coffee.
