Lunch is served Monday to Friday 11.30–14.00. Salad, coffee, fruit and a piece of chocolate are always included in the price.

We support sustainable fishing, so we follow The Swedish Environmental Management Council's criteria for seafood. Not only that, but fish caught in Swedish waters are checked against the Swedish Species Information Centre's database, and of course we procure organic seafood when at all possible. We also exclude meat products from our lunch menu on Wednesdays.

MONDAY
The Opera’s ground veal patties with browned butter, pureed potatoes and lingonberries preserved raw 
On Mondays sweets are included with coffee.

TUESDAY
Almond baked cod with lemon risotto, fennel confit and tomato vinaigrette

WEDNESDAY
Broiled hake with roasted pureed cauliflower, roasted bell pepper dressing and baked celeriac

THURSDAY
Herb stuffed, pickled side of pork with creamy polenta, Dijon jus and grilled broccoli

FRIDAY
Porter steak with cream sauce, baked potatoes, jelly and French beans
