Lunch is served Monday to Friday 11.30–14.00. Salad, coffee, fruit and a piece of chocolate are always included in the price.
We support sustainable fishing, so we follow The Swedish Environmental Management Council’s criteria for seafood. Not only that, but fish caught in Swedish waters are checked against the Swedish Species Information Centre’s database, and of course we procure organic seafood when at all possible. We also exclude meat products which cause a large carbon footprint from our lunch menu on Wednesdays.

Slow-cooked ribs with potatoes fried raw, sautéed carrots and apples, jus and lingonberry cream.
On Mondays sweets are included with coffee.
Fish casserole with lime, chili, coconut milk, roasted pumpkin and sweet potatoes, and shellfish aioli.
Cod with shrimp and dill, lemon-butter sauce, pureed potatoes and parsnips, served with spinach salad.
Mustard-breaded schnitzel with potatoes Lyonnaise, jus, lemon, caper and anchovies.
Grilled, lightly smoked tri tip with roesti, baked onion, goat cheese crème and red wine sauce.
Vegetarian dish of the week
Root vegetable soup with marinated lentils and avocado toast.
Salad with roast beef, blue cheese dressing, pears and roasted onion.

Ground veal patties with pureed potatoes, browned butter, lingonberries and sugar peas.
Dessert of the week
Orange meringue pie.
