Lunch is served Mon – Fri 11.30am – 2pm.
Salad, coffee, fruit and a piece of chocolate are included in the lunch price.
We support sustainable fishing, so we follow The Swedish Environmental Management Council’s criteria for seafood. Not only that, but fish caught in Swedish waters are checked against the Swedish Species Information Centre’s database, and of course we procure organic seafood when at all possible. We also exclude meat products which cause a large carbon footprint from our lunch menu on Wednesdays.

Organic ground beef patties with fried potatoes, onion jus, caper butter, cooked broccoli and lingonberries preserved raw
On Mondays sweets are included with coffee.
Steamed haddock with artichoke, olive and tarragon ragout, and dill potatoes
Lemon baked fillet of cod with balsamic glazed beets, caper and lemon flavoured potato terrine and honey vinaigrette
Mustard breaded schnitzel with potatoes Lyonnaise, jus, lemon, caper and anchovies
Chicken thigh confit with cheese, coarsely mashed potatoes, roasted cabbage and chicken bouillon
