Eva-Lotta Ohlsson

soprano, received a large part of her training at The University College of Opera in Gothenburg. In the summer of 2006 she sang Donna Fulvia in Rossini’s opera La Pietra del Paragone at Läckö Castle Opera and in the summer of 2008 in The Marriage of Figaro at Skånska operan. Some other roles in her repertoire are Valencienne in The Merry Widow, Female Chorus in The Rape of Lucretia, Sandrina in La Finta Giardiniera as well as roles in musicals such as Magnolia in Show Boat, Velma in Chicago, Maria in both The Sound of Music and West Side Story and Eliza in My Fair Lady. At The Göteborg Opera she has sung Flowermaid in Parsifal, Barbarina in The Marriage of Figaro, Juliet in Romeo & Juliet, a few performances as Suzanne (Adèle) in Die Fledermaus and Musetta in Bohème. In The Magic Flute she was seen as Papagena (2009) and Pamina (2012).
Amongst her latest roles on other opera and concert scenes are Ottilie in The White Horse Inn, Micaela in Carmen and Female Chorus in The Rape of Lucretia.
She has toured the US and Sweden as a 2009 Jenny Lind scholarship holder. Eva-Lotta Ohlsson is also engaged as a concert singer.
