Erik Enqvist, tenor, was trained at the prestigious Guildhall School of Music in London and has been employed by The Göteborg Opera Chorus since 2004. In 2005, he made his debut as a soloist at the Vadstena Academy. At The Göteborg Opera, he has previously filled in as Don Curzio in Le Nozze di Figaro and he has also sung several smaller roles such as the Second Jew in Salome, Venditore in La Bohème and Guiseppe in La Traviata. Erik Enqvist is also frequently engaged as a concert singer across Sweden and Europe and has contributed to BBC Radio 3 and Sveriges Radio P2. Most recently, Erik Enqvist contributed as a tenor soloist in Carmina Burana at Stora Teatern.
