Anton Eriksson, baritone
Over the last three seasons, he has been working at the Royal Swedish Opera in Stockholm where he has been playing roles such as Dr Falke (Die Fledermaus), Schaunard (La Bohème), Silvano (Un Ballo in Maschera), Marullo (Rigoletto), Dancaire (Carmen), Angelotti (Tosca), A Mandarin (Turandot), José Castro (La Fanciulla del West) etc. In summer 2012, he made a successful debut at Sweden's Opera på Skäret festival as Enrico in Lucia di Lammermoor.
Anton Eriksson made his operatic debut in autumn 2006 as Count Ceprano and Monterone in the acclaimed Folkoperan production of Rigoletto. After that, he was engaged to sing the title role in Handel's Saul at Vadstena Academy in Summer 2007. Later that same year, he sang Escamillo in the LinneaTeater production of Carmen in Växjo, Sweden. In Autumn 2008, Anton Eriksson played Marcello in the successful Wermland Opera production of La Bohème under the direction of Peter Konwitschny.
