General audition
– June 4th - 5th 2012
The Göteborg Opera will arrange general audition for opera soloists in June 4th-5th 2012, between the hours 10:30 a.m. and 9:00 p.m.
The target group for this audition is professional opera soloists who have completed their training at conservatories of opera music in a Scandinavian country and/or who have made professional appearances as opera singers on an international stage, and who sings in Swedish.
The number of audition times is limited and we may not be able to accept all applicants. We also have an “every second year” principle, which means, that if you auditioned with us in the spring 2011 you will not be asked to audition this time.
Please state which aria/arias you will be performing (one or two arias, max 8 min)
Last day of application April 1st 2012.
We will contact you during April 25th-27th 2012 regarding to the audition. At that time you also will receive further information about the process.
