Ten years of continuous growth and progress has led to our manifest: This is the way we approach dance, this is the way we want to show dance.

The last three triple programs Impressionism and Re: Baroque have been highly acclaimed and the Göteborg Opera Ballet and Orchestra have received high praise. Now we continue our effort to attract and excite the audience with three new works by three choreographers, Nacho Duato, William Forsythe and Javier De Frutos. The music ranges from Bach to Elvis and the performance is emotional, technical and physical. It is a night for those of you who love dance and those of you who don't yet know that you do.

Last spring the Göteborg Opera successfully gave one ballet performance for school children. We would like to continue to show dance to young adults, and therefore the ballet Manifesto will be given as a school performance Thursday 14 October at 12:00 pm (noon).
