Guido Markowitz has many years of experience working as a freelance choreographer and director with companies including Jochen Ulrich's company at Landestheater Linz, the Ballet Stage company in Graz and Ballet Baden. Several of his works have been exhibited at festivals like the Art of Dance East and West in Giessen and his work was nominated twice for the German Faust. He has also choreographed operas and musicals such as The Black Brothers in Switzerland.
Whenever he is able and has the opportunity, he works with young people and is keen to include urban dance styles in his works. Society and the present day are analysed and portrayed through modern dance and various expressive media. At the Itzehoe Theater, he got 150 young people involved in his project. TAKE-OFF was choreographed by him as a series of choreographies with young people at Dance Hall NRW in Germany. His work called Wild Times was included at the German Children and Youth Foundation congress.

Daniela Rodrigues Romero is a freelance dancer and choreographer who specialises in styles of dance such as locking, popping, boogaloo and hip hop. She trained under people including Nils "Storm" Robitzky. Hip hop pioneers like Mr. Wiggles, Tony Go-Go, Shabbadoo, Original Skeeter RabbitHon and Buddha Stretch have also been her inspiration. Daniela has choreographed several works for her group Nutrospektif and, since 2010, has been working with Guido Markowitz as his assistant on projects involving young people.
Daniela has developed a programme for student teachers, Urban Dance in Schools, to get them to use hip hop culture in their lessons. She developed this at the Institute of Dance and Movement Culture at the Sport University Cologne in Germany. She also started up Ladies Dance, a support organisation for females within street culture.
