Who steers the 1 100 spotlights? What is hidden in the secret corridors? How does a stage manager work? And why is there a sudden blackout on the Main stage?

You will get the answers if you go on a guided tour. Rolf Nilsson, guide at the Göteborg Opera, knows the opera house like the back of his hand. "It's fun to tell people about what happens behind the scenes," he says.
The Göteborg Opera has no fixed times for the guided tour. Rather you gather your friends together and book a guided tour when it suits you. Maybe in conjunction with the next performance you plan to see? You have to bring a group of at least 10 people to go on a guided tour. It takes about an hour and costs SEK 50 per person. Children under six go for free. For schools the price is SEK 25 per pupil. More than 400,000 people have already done the guided tour. We promise you an extraordinary experience.
Come and join us behind the scenes right away.
